Welcome to the finest cabin in all of Arizona!! Peace and quiet far away from anything busy combined with high-end living. This newer and spacious cabin is located on a secluded lot inside the exclusive community of Hidden Meadow Ranch, the most prestigious private ranch community of the White Mountains of Arizona. The lot overlooks a lake and lush green mountains and borders millions of acres of beautiful national forest land full of wildlife, pine trees and crisp clean air. The area is so secluded that it is common to see elk and other wildlife feeding in the meadow or swimming in the pond on an early morning. The tap water in the cabin comes from a community well and is BETTER than bottled water! This cabin has all of the luxury amenities expected with a high-end home yet is casual enough to accommodate large families with children. This is simply the most gorgeous land in all of Arizona and you will not be disappointed! Although the cabin is located within Hidden Meadow Ranch, community amenities including access to horses and fishing is reserved for members only and not available for guests of members. As mentioned above, the cabin was built and designed to accommodate the owner's large family, but we limit the amount of guests to 15 total. The cabin is two stories with two bedrooms upstairs (along with a large loft / game room) and 3 bedrooms downstairs including the Master Bedroom. All of the bedrooms and bathrooms are plenty large. Each bedroom has a queen sized foam mattress under the bed which could easily accommodate young children sleeping on the floor if needed. Each of the bedrooms has its own private bathroom. The first floor of the cabin also includes a spacious kitchen, dining room and living area. There is also a half bathroom, computer area and a laundry room. The living room / dining room has excellent window views of the lake and surrounding mountains. The cabin also has a two-car garage and other cemented areas for multiple cars. As seen in the photos, there is a large play area for children with multiple swings and a large Ramada. The Ramada is owned with the adjoining property owner and can be rented for $30/day extra. The Ramada has a 2 BBQ grills, an outdoor sink and has more than enough room to seat everyone. This is perfect for outdoor eating during the summer months. The Ramada is not available during the winter months. The property sits next to a pond which provides an amazing view. As mentioned above, the pond is private and not available for fishing or other uses. However, there are several public fishing options in the general Greer area including Canero lake which is only a few miles away. The cabin is ONLY 15 miles (30 min drive) from the turn-off to Sunrise Ski Resort on highway 260. Perfect spot for a ski vacation during the winter. ***There are no ATVs of any kind allowed inside or around Hidden Meadow Ranch. ***There is a $30/night winter utility charge if used during the colder months (Nov - April) ***Owner requires a $600 security deposit that is fully refundable. ***NO Weddings are permitted.

Internet Access Check-out: 11am. Close and lock all outside doors and windows. We pride ourselves in being able to keep this home clean. We follow the current guidelines to ensure the safety of our staff and guests. Check out time is critical to our continued abilities to stay ahead of any issues and be able to fully clean and disinfect the property. Man cave is off limits, any violation of this will result in being charged for damages, repairs and or missing items. If you leave items in the Property and wish to have them returned, you will be responsible for the shipping and handling charges. We try to make sure everything is in good repair prior to your Check-In (4pm) but in the event there are any housekeeping, damage or maintenance issues, please report them immediately to avoid additional charges and to make sure your stay is enjoyable from the beginning. Properly working appliance, electronics, are not guaranteed. A 24-Hour answering service is available for emergency situations (i.e. a/c, electrical, plumbing). All repairs will be made as soon as possible. No compensation or credit will be given for temporary outage of electricity, gas, water, cable, or other utilities. Outages should be reported immediately, and all efforts will be made to have them restored as soon as possible. Housekeeping and Initial Supplies: Your vacation accommodations will be cleaned and inspected prior to your arrival and after your departure. We respectfully request that you remember that you are staying in someone's home during your vacation; please treat it with care as you would your own. Linens (Bathroom, Kitchen and Bedroom) are provided and are the renter's responsibility to wash, if needed. If requested, we can supply new towels and linens for a fee. The provided towels and linens may not be removed from the home. Your reservation includes a one-time linen and towel set-up, an initial starter set up of trash liners, dishwasher detergent, paper towels, and toilet paper. The guest is responsible for purchasing these items, as well as cleaning supplies, once the initial supply is gone. ***In the event, excessive housekeeping services are required at departure, due to the guest’s inability to care for the property in a proper manner or abide by departure instructions (see above), additional cleaning charges will apply. Home owner is not responsible for any excessive housekeeping charges incurred by the guest. Home owner reserves the right to charge the credit card on file for any additional housekeeping charges and/or lost/damaged linens. Eviction: Home owner reserves the right to evict any guest that provides falsified information or causes the following (but not limited to): excess noise or disturbances, participation in an unlawful activity such as drug use, underage alcohol use or fighting. If law enforcement or resort security is dispatched to the property, an automatic eviction will occur. All evictions will result in forfeits of all rents and security deposits. Fire code violations are taken very seriously, and fines could be levied by city and county authorities. Smoking/Grilling: Property is NON-SMOKING. Violators will be charged to the extent of the damage incurred which could include loss of rental revenue, new paint, carpet, drapes and all upholstered furniture. There are appropriate grilling areas designated to the deck areas, Excluding the patio above the garage. Pets: NO Pets allowed. Service dogs are permitted in certain units with the authorization by law. A $250.00 non-refundable pet fee will be applied to the reservation if found out pets were brought without prior authorization. Exception: Service animals are not included in this and are permitted to any property. If you have a service animal, it must be registered at the time of reservation. Age Requirement: We do have a strict age requirement with all of ourrental. All guests must be 25 years of age or older and provide proper identification. Children are welcome when accompanied by a parent or guardian. Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of all monies paid and will not be permitted to check-in. Any falsified information is terms for eviction and will not be refunded. Unlawful Activity: Guests and any invitees of Guests shall obey all of the laws of the state of Arizona and local laws. No underage drinking or partying is allowed on the Property. If Home Owner is made aware of these activities, we will be forced to remove the Guests from the Property. All rental payments and deposits will be forfeited. Guests and invitees in violation will be removed by local law enforcement. Authorization to Charge Credit Card: Home owner reserves the right to charge the credit card that was used to process this reservation for any damage done to the Property, its contents, any items missing, and any fines incurred during your stay resulting from violation of rules. Hold Harmless The undersigned Guest, for himself/herself, his/her heirs, assignors, executors, and administrators, fully releases and discharges Home Owner from any and all liabilities, claims, demands and causes of action by reason of any injury, loss or damage by whatever nature which has or have occurred, or may occur to the undersigned, or any of his/her invitees as a result, or in connection with the occupancy of the Property and agrees to hold Home Owner free and harmless of any claim or suit arising therefrom. In any action concerning the rights, duties or liabilities of the parties to this Agreement, the principals, agents, successors or assignees of the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorneys' fees and costs, through all appeals. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona. The Home owner reserves the right to terminate this Agreement upon its discretion at any time. This Agreement may be signed in counterparts. Legible fax copies, scanned copies and photocopies of documents signed by either party are deemed to be equivalent to originals.

During summer months Music from Greer offers several concerts by donation only. A schedule is provided in the cabin. (So far no schedule for summer 2019) All four seasons have their own beauty. Sunrise Ski area is a short 15 miles from the cabin. Sunrise also has Summer activities. Summer is delightful with evening temperatures such that you will want a blanket on to sleep. Autumn has its own beauty. The changing color of the Aspen is a lovely time to be in Greer and the White Mountains. In the Spring you will see the beautiful wild iris and other wild flowers galore. Plan to spend time here during the summer - away from the suffocating heat elsewhere. You will be happy you came and will want to hurry back. Mountain Bighorn sheep are known to come into the yard at Greer Pines Cabin. It's a beautiful thing to see. Also wild turkey are sighted frequently. And, of course, there are deer and elk.

The thermostat is on the wall in the downstairs hallway. The furnace is already turned on, simply adjust the temperature setting to your preference. 68 degrees keeps the downstairs comfortable. If you leave the cabin please lower the temp to 65 degrees. The downstairs heats up quickly when returned to 68 degrees. Each downstairs room has an electric radiator heater. Please keep these on a medium setting through the day and possibly at night. They will give additional warmth to each bedroom when the bedroom doors are closed. Please keep the stairway door open to allow the furnace heat to move upstairs. The downstairs wood stove is not functional. Do Not light a fire in it. Upstairs: The upstairs is warmed by the wood stove and by radiator heaters in the bedrooms. Follow the suggestions given above for the electric radiator heaters. Wood stove: The top lever on the stove opens and closes the flue. Pushed all the way in closes access to the chimney and all smoke comes out into the room. When you pull the top lever out all the heat goes up the chimney instead of staying in the stove. The bottom lever allow air into the stove so the fire will burn. Leave it more open than closed. When opening the wood stove doors, FIRST open the top level all the way out. That way the smoke goes up the chimney instead of into the room. Starting the wood stove fire, leave the doors slightly open and the top lever all the way open to get the fire going. Once the fire is well lit, put one piece of wood in the fire, close the stove door and slide the top lever in until it is one finger length away from the wall. Watch the fire and add one log about every 2-3 hours. This allows the wood to burn hot, yet slowly, and not burn through the wood supply so quickly. Multiple logs burning will not increase the heat, it just burns through the wood faster. You may need to add wood throughout the night if the outside temps are in the teens. Turn the stove fan on 'manual' and on 'high' to keep the air blowing around the stove. For additional heating, place one of the box fans on the wood stove brickwork, with the fan on 'low', blowing onto the side of the stove. This will provide additional air circulating around the wood stove and heating for the room. Wood: The wood under the tarp is 'hardwood', juniper and oak, for the wood stove. The uncovered wood is pine and burns dirty for the outdoor campfire. The wheelbarrow can be used to get wood to bring into the garage for indoor use. To have an outdoor campfire, you must call Greer Fire Department and get their permission to burn. The address of the cabin is '#5, 1029 ACR, Greer'. A black bag of dry pine needles may be available in the garage by the fishing poles. A hand full of needles and some smaller pieces of wood start the fire nicely. There is an ax in the small garage closet. The fire stix and matches are above the stove in the kitchen. To clean out the ashes, there is a smaller metal bucket with a metal dust pan in the garage. When the stove is cool, scoop out the ashes and dump them behind the boulder behind the wood pile. Later they will be transferred to the dump.

The Pine Siskin Place Cabin is named because of the many Pine Siskin birds that come to visit. The cabin is about 1450 square foot living area with a generous living-family-kitchen area and propane fireplace to enjoy. This cabin is best suited for those that like to get away from the everyday hustle and bustle of life. There is no satellite TV to distract you from your reading and relaxing. The Siskin Place Cabin has 2 Bedroom and 2 Baths. Master bedroom is roomy with queen bed and bathroom The other bedroom is spacious and is on the upper level with queen bed and wood burning fireplace. Our Shoshone Cabin is a great cabin for large groups! It has lots of sleeping space. It is a 2 bedrooms (one with a king & the other a queen size bed) It has 2 baths--one with a large double jacuzzi bathtub (with double shower heads) & the other a shower. It sports a huge loft that has 2 queens, 1 full & 3 twins, as well as an air hockey game! The great room also has a queen & full size futon. This cabin has a fully equipped kitchen, gas fireplace, smart TV, WiFi, washer/dryer, air hockey game, gas BBQ, horse shoe pit, campfire pit & volleyball net & ball. We are located just across the road from the 3 Greer Lakes which is stocked with fish by AZ Game & Fish.

The Teton Cabin is a four bedroom/two bath cabin tucked back in the pines, away from roads. It sleeps up to 14 people. It features a bedroom with a king size bed, another with a queen & two bedrooms, each with a queen and a bunkbed. There is also a queen size hide-a-bed, with upgraded inner spring mattress, in the living room. Cook in with a fully equipped kitchen or eat out in Greer's several restaurants. The cabin has a washer/dryer, gas fireplace, Smart TV, WiFi, covered porch with with a gas BBQ and patio furniture. It sports a campfire pit, horseshoe pit, and volleyball area. We are walking distance to trout stocked Tunnel, Bunch, and River lakes for fishing or just a nice walk with the dog during fair weather & a short 15 minute drive to Sunrise Ski Resort,. The official sledding hill & cross country ski trails are even closer. Our cabins are tucked back in the pines, away from the road giving children plenty of room to play.

Keep it going with a mountain bike ride taking off from the cabin (if you road bike, the routes are awesome and less than a 5 minute car ride to pavement). If instead, you prefer a recharge day, get up early take a walk or jog, then return to a relaxed breakfast on either the front or back decks. Start a fire, read a book, play board games with friends and family. Speaking of the fireplace, an important part of the High Elk cabin experience is active participation by all your senses. We only provide juniper wood and if you have never smelled juniper, think of the incredible aroma of cedar. It's an additional part of the experience that will make your stay memorable. High Elk cabin is special. Located at 8,500 feet in elevation means you will never need air conditioning! It is surrounded by a pristine pine forest that has a heavenly gentle breeze sound rustling through the trees. It is on 1 acre with lots of privacy. You will love this 1334 sq. foot of living space cabin. Enjoy the 2 bedrooms, loft and 2 full bath's. The master bedroom is conveniently located on the main floor and has a Queen size bed. The Little Colorado River is also accessible a short walk from your cabin and it is stocked every week during summer months. Greer has no major highway running through it but instead there is one way in and one way out making it one of the only places in Arizona to have such specialty, Greer is at 8500 feet elevation. Cool in summer and snow in winter.
